I moved to Lake Norman almost 30 years ago and have been selling this beautiful lake for just about as long. Originally a native of Virginia, I moved to North Carolina shortly after graduating from James Madison University.  I fell in love with the lake area and it's proximity to one of THE BEST cities in the south and decided to begin MY career in real estate.  The rest is history.  Almost 3 decades later, I'm lucky enough to still be doing what I love.  I've witnessed a ton of growth at the lake.  Adjusted to many changes in the buying and selling process and weathered the storms of a few shaky economies. Yet my goal has always remained the same with each new client I meet.  I want to be the only agent they will ever need again. I help them make smart, well-informed decisions so they can act with confidence buying or selling because they had ME in their corner.    

Today, the majority of my business still comes from referrals.  And there's no better compliment than that!
